The Walking dead

Right, before i start..and before you read,i leave this reminder..viewer's discretion is advised for this post.i mean for that one single picture..It's kinda creepy.meh.but totally awesome at the same time..Hope there's no sort of repercussion for posting this though..blah..

so right, some time back a friend was telling me about this..So yesterday i decided to google it up..man i love google..There were a few posts up regarding this matter, but enough to creep the heck outta pansy ol me.:(..So right,in Indonesia,a little place called Taroja, the community is christian but still practice a whole lot of their pre Christianity, pagan lifestyle..so apparently, some years back(but the picture looked kinda recent though,hmm)..A certain burial ritual was practiced..a rather creepy one..Black magic was apparently used, after days of chanting and god knows what,(dancing and prancing about i guess)the dead body,(by that time, already decaying).would rise and walk to it's grave aided by shamans(abugabugabuga!!) and close relatives and i guess pals, and probably the family dog too..But here's the thing, when the dead rises and starts to walk,no one is allowed to say a word or talk to the deceased.Doing so would cause the body,to crumble like a sack of potatoes.leaving the shamans, really angry and i believe frustrated men,as the whole process takes a few days to complete.hence.no talking while the dead is walking(rhymes!)...

In the olden days, this black magic was utilized, as the community was really2 poor and couldn't afford transport for the deceased,no kereta jenazah's or anything...hence,they came up with this..a form of rather powerful hypnosis(I dunno,i read this somewhere too!) which loosely translated to a form of witchcraft@sorcery..well enough to give me the heebie-jeebies though...well i don't really know what to make out of all this.i mean..i don't know.I have no idea how accurate those Internet posts are..I'll only 99.99% believe it if National Geographic does a special on it...But meh,,up to y'all to ponder about it's authenticity..I'm just a silly story teller.:D..
i certainly would shit brix if i saw this mak cik walking about in town..
