A thousand splendid suns

So long my friend,

May your paths be lit by the light of a thousand moons,
lead the blind, and hear for the deaf, talk for the mute,
and walk for the handicapped,
In sand, our footprints lay imprinted, blown away by the slightest breeze,
and on stone our travels are carved,to be told to others who take this path.
the silent journey,left unspoken,heard by men,told by
hearts
words so sharp, akin to the talons of the mighty peregrine,
shreds the heart, into a million bits,
A heated exchange, this is how it feels,to be burnt by the mighty Vulcan,
A teardrop,seeps through the sands.merges with the desert's core.
And vanishes..

For i whisper my goodbye's to the wind, letting it be carried away,
i bid you farewell fellow wanderer, and may peace be upon you.
